Brand Equity Management (BEM) aims to increase the equity of brands the company owns.
To achieve this goal both management and technology must be changed.
The true change in management and technology is not so much to change each individually but to change how they work together.

In practice, BEM focuses on improving collaboration between IT and market, sales, RnD and other departments.
First step in BEM Method is to form a team with a single BEM goal which includes different departments.
Therefore, refreshing and refocusing the teamwork between separate company departments.
